More 2014 Wilkins Reunion info

We were privileged to have some of our family travel a distance to attend this year.  Dianne Fay and her daughter, Jennifer from Ocean Springs, Mississippi, Kinard (Tiny) and Jackie Latham come from Columbus, GA.  We missed Stansell (Nip) Latham and his entourage this year (and hope they missed us). Darcy Stephens (Ralph's granddaughter) and her husband had planned to join us but illness kept them in Florida. Marty (Ralph's grandson) and his wife, Cat, moved to Cullman last year and were excited about coming. However, Marty got sick, but it was good to have Cat come. Lori (Ralph's daughter) and JR had talked about coming, but weren't able to join us. It was special to have Cory Wilkins (Randy's son) and his special friend, Callie. It means a lot to see our second, third and fourth generations be a part.

Okay, the date for the 2015 reunion has been posted, both on here and on FB as an event on my page.  No excuses for next year.  We want everyone possible to join us, please mark this date on your calendar!!

2014 Wilkins Reunion

What a sweet gathering we had this year.  Best part is we were able to Skype with Aunt Peg to join with her and her kids in the celebration of her 85th Birthday in Tampa. A photo album has been made and being mailed to her with the candids that were shot with a special cover showing the occasion and date.


We were delighted to have Aunt Lib's 3 grandchildren attend: John W. (Hilda not able to come), Terry and Marjorie, and Patsy and husband, Mike Lightfoot, all the way from Missouri.

June Keese Latham Nelson, widow of Scoots (one of Aunt Polly's sons), was able to come, and her daughter, Anita with husband, Bob Crumbley, and two children, Allison and Will.

And then several of the ladies, including myself, and why didn't I ask little Allison to take a picture so I could be in it, stayed and played several hands of 9 Card Golf.
